Puneet & Rubbal: A Beautifully Intimate Wedding in Calgary

Calgary greeted us with a beautiful overcast sky for Puneet and Rubbal’s wedding, setting the tone for an incredible day. We started early, capturing their “Getting Ready” moments, which were brimming with excitement and anticipation.

The ceremony was held at a serene Gurudwara, where their Lavaan took place amidst an intimate gathering of their closest family and friends. The small crowd allowed me to focus on every intricate detail using my trusted 85mm lens. The lens’s shallow depth of field created stunning separation from the background, turning every frame into art.

After the ceremony, we stepped out for their portrait session. With the natural light diffused by the soft clouds, I didn’t need to use any additional lighting—the overcast sky was the perfect setup!
